Broken app
billing Statement pdfs do not download among all the other problems in the reviews
Won't let me log in, the customer service number they told me to call just yakks about payments, not about customer service. The credit company it's self isn't bad.
Website and app are down. No phone help available on Sundays.
Can't actually get past the log in screen
No longer allows login. This is the cherry on top after not being able to login to their website using chrome on a PC. The message from 1fb is to not use Chrome.. literally the most popular browser out there.
Garbage app. Crashes constantly and the bank itself is also trash. The vultures charge the most interest they can out of you to steal as much money as they can. The app itself is also almost completely unusable, you have to rush through and make your payments as fast as you can or the app will crash guaranteed before you can do anything.
